Our Princess Dutch Hockey Clinics are the best coaching clinics across South Africa and Namibia! Over the last 14 years, we have trained highly qualified professional technical directors, to present the highest quality hockey coaching.

Our emphasis is on quality. This encompasses both our hockey program and the social interaction at our clinics. Fun and learning are the main characteristics of all our clinics. Years of experience in both our organisation and our top South African and Dutch staff is a solid base for success. Each year, Dutch top coaches develop the training programs to focus on the latest developments in hockey. This way, participants are guaranteed to learn the very latest techniques in the sport.

Our programs

We have educational programs for both field players and goalies. At all our clinics, we make small training groups based on age and ability, to make the program perfectly suit your needs. We have Dutch professional technical directors specially flying out to our clinics, to deliver the highest quality hockey coaching clinics.

Want to maximize your potential as a goalie? Eager goalies can work intensively on improving their goalkeeping skills! Learn how to dive and fall athletically, improve hand-eye coordination and face some serious footwork drills. You will make visible progress with a top local goalie specialist!

Let's get practical

GENERAL INFO

Everyone is more than welcome to join our hockey and goalie clinics. We make small training groups based on age and ability. Joining the camp with a friend? You can put down your preferences in the digital registration form.

After registration, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. This email contains a lot of information, so make sure to read it carefully. A few weeks before the start of the camp, you will receive an email with the final details, to make it an awesome clinic.

Of course, we always take the weather into account, and adjust our day schedule if needed.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

The Technical Directors are responsible for the hockey program and they will use state-of-the-art training material made by Holland's best trainers from premier league to national teams! We will carefully select the best SportWays Technical Directors and coaching Staff to lead the camp. These experience coaches are specialized in setting up programs and involving different level of players. They are trained to create the best coaching and learning environment for both local coaches and off course the participants. Our TD's suffer from serious hockey madness and they can be found on hockey pitches throughout the year!

Each camp is unique in it's own way, so this is how a typical day could look like. A day program can be different at each location.

OUR STAFF

Local coaches are invited to be part of our clinics as volunteer coaches. Unlike all other coaching clinics, we are passionate about putting back into the local hockey community, hence all local coaches are invited to this rare learning opportunity with the Dutch technical directors at no charge!
